Christine Baumgartneris starting fresh and embracing a new chapter.
Baumgartner, 50,filed for divorce from Costner in May 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and finalized the split in February 2024 after a highly publicized legal battle. Now, Baumgartner, who shares three children with Costner, is moving forward — and she couldn’t be happier.
A source tells PEOPLE, “Christine and Josh’s relationship started as a friendship, so they have a really strong foundation. They share the same values, and she feels so happy and supported in this new relationship.”
