Now that the ride has opened to select guests , we ’ve affirm that the ride does indeed boast a foresighted - haired , scruffy Isle of Man tinker away at a computer in a garage . But we ’re not sure which Steve he is . And the narration is little assistance , only name “ the late seventy ” and a “ service department in California , ” so it ’s at long last inconclusive .
