When ask if there were any political or religious understanding for the account book burning , Winter said that it looks like the military man who set the firing was just endeavor to get rid of things he did n’t want .
“ He recognize that he was a source of the firing , ” Winter articulate . “ He ’ll be held nonimmune [ for the fire containment efforts ] , which will be several thousand dollar bill . He ’ll also be held liable civilly for household and railway car . ”
