Lottie Mossis getting candid about her struggles with mental health and substance abuse.

On Monday, the model andKate Moss' half-sister, 26, posted a tearful video on TikTok detailing her “horrible” experiences.

“I have struggled so much since I was young with depression and anxiety and problems with addiction,” she told her followers. “Becoming a model and being in that industry made it really difficult for me not to feel that way and succumb to drugs and alcohol whenever I felt sad. I’ve gotten to a point where I don’t even like or know who I am.”

“Navigating your 20s f—ing sucks because you don’t even know what you’re meant to be doing, who you’re meant to be friends with…it’s all just such a head-f–k, it really is,” she said in tears. “At times you become someone that you don’t like or know or recognize, and I think I’ve gotten to that place today where I’m just like, ‘I don’t know who I am.'”

“I just rebelled so hard away from being that person because I was just so miserable being that person. But then, I don’t even like me now. So it’s like, who the f— am I?” she continued. “I don’t know why I’m coming on TikTok saying all this but I just need to know that there’s other people who feel this way and I’m not going crazy.”

The British model admitted that although she recognizes her privilege coming from a successful family, her battles are still very real.

“You can be grateful and still struggle,” she said. “I’m very grateful for everything that happened in my life but mental illness f—ing sucks.”

Moss added that she’s also “isolated” herself from so many people who cared and now she feels very alone. However, after restarting her sobriety journey she’s hoping to find comfort in her followers.

“I just don’t feel happy in myself. I’m four days sober also, so that’s good,” she shared, adding that being open about her struggles is going to be important for her recovery and help make sure she doesn’t go “off the rails.”

Moss has gone public before about her challenges and shared her rehab stint in February 2022.

She later spoke toGlamour UKabout the “self-discovery” she went through while recovering.

“That’s why I decided to get my face tattoo; the word ‘lover’ under my eye,” Moss added. “Yes, it was impulsive, but after years of being so controlled, it was my way of expressing that I am free. I’m no longer controlled.”
