On Friday, Prime Video shared a new clip from the movieRole Playexclusively with PEOPLE that shows Cuoco, 38, Oyelowo, 47, and Nighy, 74, drinking together at a bar as Nighy’s character Bob begins to suggest that he may know more about a secret identity Emma (Cuoco) holds.

The clip shows Bob purchase Emma and Dave (Oyelowo) a round of shots that feature “a bit of a kick” and begin to laugh when Emma, a woman concealing her identity as an assassin from her husband, suggests that she “never takes shots.”

As Emma orders a glass of water from the bar, Bob coyly suggests she is a woman “a man might kill for” and offers a toast once again, notably referring to her as Alice rather than Emma.
