The wife of Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Darius Slay is pushing back about the recent online “negativity” she’s received amid the team’s two-game losing streak.
“Lemme just get this out the way!!” Jennifer Slaywrote on Xon Sunday night during the Eagles-Dallas Cowboys game. “IDGAF what you gotta say but stop acting like I’m on the field. Like…I don’t understand. Leave me tf alone. Y’all be weird. I NEVER entertain this BS but enough is enough. S—”
“Real s—…the amount of negativity I get is honestly sickening,” she wrote. “I be tryna be so positive on this app and spread so much love for me to get so much hate. S— makes no sense! It’s sad honestly!!! Smh.”
The Eagles went on to drop the game against the Cowboys, 33-13, and the previous week, lost to the San Francisco 49ers, 42-19.
Jennifer’s pushback resonated with her also-frustrated fans, including one who wrote: “Stay strong and keep spreading the love!!! Our team, our city, and this platform needs more positive people like you!!!”

“So it kind of turned into a thing there,” Jennifer told the outlet “And then when we got here with the Eagles, I’m like, ‘You know what, why not keep the tradition going?’ Because it was something I enjoy and also something Slay enjoyed because he could brag about it: ‘My wife’s banana pudding is so good!’”
And the sweet treat has earned Jennifer positive reviews from players on the Eagles, includingJordan Mailata,Jason KelceandJalen Hurts.
“Any time she makes the banana pudding for the group,” safety Marcus Epps told The Athletic, “it makes my day.”
